JUNIOR ANALYST
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Analyst to join our London-based team. As a Junior Analyst at Plateon you will support our senior team in executing transactions and providing in-depth financial and strategic analyses for clients in the global hospitality sector. What You’ll Do

Assist in the preparation of financial models, valuation analyses, and due diligence processes for buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions.

Conduct market research and analysis of potential M&A targets, industry trends, and competitive landscapes in the hospitality sector.

Support the creation of pitch presentations, and other client-facing materials.

Participate in client meetings and internal discussions, helping to develop and communicate strategic insights.

Assist with transaction documentation, including drafting and reviewing information memoranda, confidentiality agreements, and term sheets.

Maintain and update internal databases and CRM systems with relevant deal and client information.

Collaborate with senior team members on project execution, helping to meet deadlines and client expectations.

Who You are

You have Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.

Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of financial modelling, valuation methods, and corporate finance principles.

High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial tools.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to synthesise complex information for senior team members and clients.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

An interest in or knowledge of the hospitality industry is a plus.

Previous internship or work experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance is preferred but not required.
